Professor
Dr. Larsen received both his B.S. (1985) and Ph.D. (1990) degrees in Chemistry at the University of New Mexico followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the California Institute of Technology (1990-1992). He joined the faculty at the University of Hawai'i-Manoa in 1992 as an assistant professor and was tenured in 1999 (associate professor).
