Tasha M. Brown, PhD, PMP is the Assistant Dean of Instructional Technology, Assessment, & Evaluation at USF College of Nursing. She is a change agent and transformational leader who fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement. She is experienced in instructional design, project management, assessment, and program evaluation. Dr. Brown provides strategic leadership and innovative solutions to create a data-driven culture that is rooted in excellence and integrity. She has been instrumental in implementing new policies and procedures with the Office of Assessment and Evaluation that ensures the highest level of quality in the data provided to internal and external stakeholders. She also leads the instructional design team and provides strategic direction in the development of high-quality and pedagogically sound content that align with teaching and learning best practices. Her program of research includes examining instructional designers roles and practices in higher education and integrating project management principles in instructional design. Dr. Brown leverages her education and expertise to deliver creative solutions that help to educate and prepare the nurses of tomorrow.
