Terri L. Ashmeade MD is a Professor, Department of Pediatrics, Division of Neonatology at the USF Morsani College of Medicine. In addition to her clinical practice she serves as the Chief Quality Officer and the Associate Executive Director of Population Health and Clinical Operations at USF Health. Dr. Ashmeade leads the clinical quality and safety, population health and value based payment programs for the USF Health Faculty Practice Plan. As the organizational leader over clinical operations she has been responsible for the implementation and oversight of COVID-19 mitigation strategies for the ambulatory practice and leads the Universities efforts to support COVID testing and vaccinations for the community.
