Melissa Ruble
Assistant Professor
Dr. Ruble is an Assistant Professor in the Pharmacotherapeutics and Clinical Research Department at the University of South Florida College of Pharmacy. She received her doctor of pharmacy degree at the Bernard J Dunn School of Pharmacy in Winchester, Virginia. After graduation she completed a PGY1 residency at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida. She currently practices at Florida Hospital Tampa as an Internal Medicine Specialist with a focus on infectious diseases. Previously, Dr. Ruble worked as an Emergency Medicine Specialist at St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. Dr. Ruble has been a faculty member for just over four years and has a true passion for education and mentorship. She is the co-advisor for the Beta Tau Chapter of Kappa Epsilon, a pharmacy fraternity. As the co-advisor, Dr. Ruble has been actively involved in chartering the fraternity and mentoring student leaders.
